Hi,
I’m looking for reasonable tick prevention for my dogs. What are some effective solutions y’all use?
Thanks in advance.

I use Simperica and have had good luck. I live in southeast Georgia, not too far from the Okeefenokee Swamp. But if you plan to breed your dog, you need to take them off of it 2-3 weeks prior to breeding.
Hi Sarah. We give our dogs NexGuard Plus, it's prevention for both Fleas and Ticks, plus Heartworms, Hookworms and Roundworms. You do have to have a prescription. It works great for our dogs, but I'm not sure how reasonable priced it is. Usually if you buy several months at a time, they'll offer a discount. If you need something cheaper, you might try a Fipronil based product, like PetArmor.
